Well, Samurai and I decided to not hike today. The forecast called for thunderstorms. We are in the White Mtns. and above treeline in some cases. Plus the weather between the base and the top could be two extremes. Therefore, we are playing it safe. Inferno hiked out though. Perhaps we will catch up to her by Katahdin.
Hope to have better weather tomorrow for us to cross Franconia Ridge.
